USPS (United States Postal Services).
- Cancellation can be done before shipment.
- Cancellation after shipment you will have to return the merchandise. Once return is received, we will process a refund minus shipping fee.

No, we do Priority Mail Express Service, which arrives 2-4 days after day of shipment including Saturday and Holidays. Delivery dates may vary for orders placed during the weekend with this service. Priority Mail Express will always require a signature.

Orders that would normally be processed on these days will be processed the following business day. Packages in transit during these and other government holidays could be delayed depending on the carrier.
Orders returned within ninety (90) days, you will receive credit in the same form as your original payment: PayPal, Cash App. If we are unable to process credit to the payment method used (expired, invalid or closure) we will contact you to find an acceptable alternative

Most Repairs or replacements free of charge (If replacement beads or stones are available) within 30 days of purchase. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by neglect, abuse or accidents.
